The Outside Kitchen is run and managed by professional chef Neil Walton.
I'm not a salesman, I'm a chef, I love cooking, I like to see people enjoying their food, after all it's what keeps us alive!
Neil has worked in a wealth of Restaurants, Bistros and Cafes accumulating
more than 25 years in the industry from Commis Chef through to Head and Executive Positions.
The influences of growing up abroad in a diverse range of countries from Nigeria through to Qatar and Singapore can be seen in his cooking.
He learnt his culinary trade in the UK before setting off on a trip around Europe, falling in love with the Med. and eventually settling in the South of Spain.

The Mediterannean has the most amazing fresh, natural ingredients, great fruit and veg, great meat and incredible seafood. You could not ask for more!
Neil has worked in restaurants all along the coast from the golden mile Marbella to Gibraltar.
Four years ago he became involved in Outside Catering and has since personally overseen more than 160 weddings
and Catered for close to 200 plus other events,
including Canape Receptions, Dinner Parties, BBQ’s, Birthday Buffets, Paellas and Hog Roasts.
